Text Expander allows you to create a ‘snippet’ basically a block of text and link it to a keyboard shortcut (a short abbreviation) that, when entered, expands and inserts that text. I've only just uploaded it so it may not be there yet. Whether it’s a short sentence or a longer, more complicated form, expand your text snippets with a few keystrokes. Create a new Snippet and type your office mailing address in the Content box. These snippets can serve as prompts to jog your memory of some of the most commonly used and referenced text snippets, as well as for quickly slamming down some principles or values that you can't quite remember. If you manually type out your entire office mailing address, you are absolutely wasting time. I started to prepare a list of some hopefully useful TextExpander snippets for Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and really, anyone involved in Agile ways of working.
